Rental Rates

Lodge Rooms

The Iron Mountain Room with 4 bunk beds. Base rate of $85 for four people, $10.00 each extra person.

The Missouri Pacific room with 2 bunk beds. Base rate of $50 for two people, $10.00 extra per person.

The North Arkansas Room with l bunk and 1 queen bed. Base rate of $50 for two people, $10.00 extra per person.

The Union Pacific Room has l queen and l trundle bed. Base rate of $50 for two people, $10.00 extra per person.

The St. Louis Pacific Room has 1 queen bed. Base rate of $50 for two people.

Entire Lodge Rental Rates

Base rate of $225 for ten people, $10.00 extra per person

Fishing Cabin/House Rental Rates:

Overlooking the White River with views of both bridges, this is the perfect retreat for a small group of 4 to 6. Newly restored and furnished, it is attractive and clean. The large yard is ideal for fishermen who pull a boat, want to BBQ, etc.

Again, if you stay with us, you may have the same Roundhouse Shoals fishing privileges. Base rate of $125 for four people, $10.00 extra per person.

Deposits and Cancellations:

All reservations must be confirmed by a 50% security deposit or credit card number.

If you cancel 30 days or more prior to your date of arrival, your deposit will be fully refunded.

Cancellations or changes made 14 to 29 days before date of arrival will result in total loss of your deposit.

All cancellations or changes made less than 14 days prior to date of arrival will be charged for the entire reservation.
